To start research for 'Jotta' I went to water stones to have a look at notepads already on the market and to see what there pricing were because that was one thing that Gabriella was concerned about. There is a wide range in water stones with an average price of around £10, a moleskin is priced at £13.99 I think Risotto could push their prices slightly higher to make more profit as their notebooks will be per-spoke to the customer.
